Service Offices Comparison

Our company has moved several times among different service office suppliers including Office General, Lihongtongshang, Regus and ServOffice.

I made a list below which you can see clearly the differences.

I like Office General most. Though the prices are high, they are negotiable and the services are very satisfactory. The service charges are acceptable.

I dislike Lihongtongshang most. Our office is on a different floor with their main offices, so we don’t have a receptionist and we cannot accept their offering one receptionist with the request of a vacant office for her. Except calling their receptionist for ordering mineral water, we serve ourselves. It doesn’t like a service office at all.

Regus, very well-known service office supplier all over the world, of course with very good prices. We rented a meeting room just for one month temporarily. Besides of the monthly rent 21318RMB for the 20 sqm room, we also paid 12136RMB service charges including 3 internet and telephone line charge, those installation and activation fee and office setup fee. They will charge you whatever you use.

Now, we are staying at ServOffice. All offices on this floor are like in the same hall. You can hear voices from other office very clearly. Offices are cheap here, so there are a lot of people on this floor like in a market. Some offices can hold 7~10 people with about 15 sqm. No refrigerator and disinfection cabinet.

Time Court Center, I don’t know much about it since we just use the office as the registered address like many other companies in that center. Very small offices one by one. At least the people there are very nice.
